Updates, Upgrades and Support Plans
All updates and upgrades are provided free-of-charge to organisations with an active annual Support Plan. Support Plans cover all products purchased for 12 months. The more products and tasks you combine with us, the better value your Support Plan and the fewer systems you need to integrate. Support includes full phone, email and remote desktop support, upgrades and access to Online Subject Selections for 12 months.
TimeChart Support per year (renewal from date of expiry): $770.00 GST included
A renewal invoice/quote will be issued approximately 30 days prior to your Support Plan expiry date. Please log into your Support Plan Account to access all software updates and information about recent software developments. To view your customer account, log in here
- New purchases of TimeChart packages include 12 months free support.
- An expired Support Plan may be renewed within 3 months of expiry at $770.00 backdated to previous expiry date
- Where a Support Plan has expired for longer than 3 months, an organisation may repurchase any of our new software packages at a 20% discount which will provide the latest version of our software and a 12 month Support Plan. This discount is only available to customers who have had TimeChart v6.5 or later. Earlier editions require a new purchase.
- Secondary TimeChart Support Plan – cost A$770.00 per year
- Primary TimeChart Support Plan – cost A$440.00 per year
* Prices include GST (deduct 10% for international orders). Please note that a Support Plan is NOT REQUIRED in order to continue to use TimeChart software.
